Die Post in South Tyrol.
At one with nature.
Committed to nature.
At the Hotel Die Post am Ortler, we combine first-class comfort with a sense of responsibility for our mountains and our environment: stylish, sustainable, environmentally aware. Sustainability has been a part of who we are for ages – it’s not a trend, but a commitment. We implement efficient solutions that still allow our guests to enjoy all the amenities of a 4-Star Superior hotel, based on innovative concepts, resource-friendly technologies, and a deep respect for the nature that surrounds us.

Wherever possible, we source our ingredients from regional and local suppliers, always with an eye on seasonality and top-of-the-range quality.

We have drastically reduced our use of single-use plastics and replaced them with sustainable alternatives such as glass bottles, biologically degradable and recyclable packaging and materials. We also provide our guests with refillable, sustainably produced body care products to cut down on unnecessary plastic waste.

Water is a valuable resource, and we handle it carefully. Our hotel uses only water-saving taps and toilet systems to reduce our use of water as much as possible.

The village of Sulden is located in the mountains and therefore primarily accessible by car. E-charging stations for our guests are available, and once you have made it here, you can get anywhere on foot or with the local ski bus. Your car can remain parked throughout your stay!

In building our new hotel, we also work with regional partners, suppliers and manufacturers. Any hotel is always an important economic factor within its region and should create added value for the surrounding infrastructure as a business partner.
