Construction phase 1

April to July 2024

Foundations of the indoor and outdoor pool, building shell, plant rooms
Changes to pond and excavation works in the garden

Construction phase 2

November to December 2024

Preparatory work for the wellness area
Completion of plant rooms

Construction phase 3

April to December 2025

Extension and new construction of the entire hotel – the historic part remains intact
Refurbishment of the entire ground floor with entrance, reception, hotel lounge, bar and common rooms
Refurbishment of restaurant and “Stuben”, buffet areas and kitchen
20 new rooms and luxury suites – in total: 71 rooms and suites
Approx. 1,800m² spa with reception, wellness & beauty, quiet rooms
Approx. 3,300m² garden, outdoor pools, swimming pond, sun islands and sun terraces
New fitness lounge with top-of-the-range machines
Yoga room, seminar room, multi-purpose room
Children’s play areas and room for youngsters
Lots of new ideas for indulgence and relaxation
